• Melting Pot

Melting Pot is targeted at expatriates who move to India, primarily for professional reasons. We will help them adapt socially and culturally into the Indian environment. Our cultural immersion and sensitivity training programmes will contribute to the success of the expatriation experience.

Melting Pot is an India specific cross-cultural training services company. We focus on improving the expatriate experience in India (for expats & their families) and bridging work culture differences between expatriates and colleagues and business partners.

We will help expatriates – currently located in their home countries and contemplating a move, and those newly arrived – ‘find their feet’ in India. Our services will be offered to clients at all stages of the expatriation process – preparing to leave, arrival and post-arrival support in India.

Melting Pot is based in Frankfurt and Mumbai (India). We will adopt a two-fold programme – the first is to provide context, training and support for expatriates to understand professional sensitivities, expectations of work norms and relationships in India. The second is a set of training and cultural programmes for expatriates and their families to sensitise them to life in India. In addition, cultural immersion programmes will offer diverse experiences of Indian culture to participants.

We will offer both sets of programmes online as well as through ‘classroom’/in-person engagements. Our training modules will cover cultural literacy, workplace communication and management in India.
